Recruiting board won't load

I can log in and collect resources but it hangs when I try to open the recruiting screen, eventually displaying the error:

There has been an unexpected server error, or you have logged in from another machine. We must restart your game.

After it restarts, the error happens each time I try to open the recruiting screen.

I have 3 accounts and all 3 are doing the exact same thing as varoadstter. It went out between 9:52pm and 9:58pm EST.

I think this problem is back again. Tried to use multiple browsers and all give the same error:

There has been an unexpected server error, or you have logged in from another machine. We must restart your game.
